On Athletics Club’s Viral Workouts…
Last week, Mac Fleet connected with the OAC and got word about a solid workout the men and women were tackling ahead of their season opener so we booked him a flight to Boulder and he got to witness six guys run under 4:00 for 1600m and Alicia Monson crush a 4:26 for 1600m – all at 5,000+ feet of altitude.
